Do you feed your body or just fill stomach?

Would you pure the worst, cheapest fuel to your Mercedes?

Would you give a colourful, full of sugar, preservatives and who knows what else sparkling drink to your new born son?

I hope not!

So why to treat OUR body like a composter??

To eat list:

Colourful fruits and veggies.

Dark, green leaves with chlorofil and vitamins.

Berries full of antioxidants.

Lean, free range meat.

Free range eggs.

Wild salmon.

Mix of whole grains.

Black, brown, red, wild, basmati rice.

Full grain pasta.

Dark 100% rye bread.

Avocados, cold pressed oils, mixture of nuts.

Wild caught fish.

Did I miss something?

Think for a second: when eating healthy, natural food you can live longer, avoid many diseases, feel better with great mood.

Your brain will be less likely to get demaged because of trans and saturated fat.

Inflamations will be cured by natural abtibiotics and anti-inflamation substances (garlic, ginger, turmeric, witamin C, selenium).

Your kids will learn good eating habits and will live longer, happier and healthier lives.
