Do More Than Expected

My goals right now is to reshape my body and stand out from average.

I teach 4 bodypump classes weekly and usually do 2-3 weight sessions a week.

But I aim for more. So I need to do more.

This week was a great example:
Monday: Bodypump, 30min cardio, chest training in the evening
Tuesday: Bodypump, cardio, back
Wednesday: Legs, abs, 45min cardio
Thursday: Biceps, triceps, abs, cardio
Friday: Boxing warm up, shoulders, cardio
Saturday: Bodypump, cardio
Sunday: will be Bodypump and cardio.
I’m telling you this to show that sometimes 2-3 times a week, doing fitness class or gym is not enough to see change you are after. It can be! If you know how to eat comparing to your needs.
