Fast fit food for hard workers

When it comes to meal preparation I believe in fast and simple ways. Throw all into the bowl, mix it up and cheers! Especially if you are a busy man and don’t have time for preparing gourmet dishes.

There’s time to make romantic dinners and there’s a time to nourish your muscular body fast with essential substances.

Nutrition is the key element for your results, doesn’t matter if you burn or build. This strange looking mud in my bowl contains:
3 rye bread slices
Small banana
Gold kiwi
Blue berries
Strawberries 🍓
2 big spoons of goat yoghurt
2 spoons of shredded coconut
25g of whey protein powder
Yes it tastes good. I don’t care how it looks 

Train hard
Eat good
Feel great
